Qualifications

• Formal software engineering degree or cert with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on system design, development, testing, and stability.
• Strong Java experience: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, AWS, Kafka.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Kubernetes, and React.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience in enterprise environments and large-scale codebases.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and designs robust problem-solving approaches.
• Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with regard to upstream/downstream systems.
• Create automated unit tests using Test Driven Development.
• Develop understanding of clearing and settlements within Cash Prime.
• Partner with tech leads to produce realistic project estimates.
• Analyze and improve control, stability, resiliency, capacity and performance.
• Perform testing: Unit, SIT & UAT planning and management.
• Deliver code to production with zero post-implementation issues.
• Contribute to long-term goals and best practices, code reviews and standards.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices and measurable validation standards.
• Leverage SDLC/TLM toolchain and automation for value.
