Job summary

Fiducient Advisors is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to calculate and analyze client performance, leveraging various tools and data feeds. This role supports Investment Consultants, Analysts, and the Performance Team, driving insights and accuracy in reporting.

The position requires a finance-related degree, up to five years of industry experience, and familiarity with CRM and custodial portals. A hybrid work model is available, with travel up to 5% for training or events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics is required.
• CIPM or CFA achieved or in-progress preferred.
• 3–5 years of investment consulting or financial industry work experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, Canoe, PARis, and custodial portals is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and projects assigned to Performance Analysts.
• Assist with client portfolio and investment performance insights.
• Calculate, verify and reconcile performance returns using custodial data feeds.
• Troubleshoot with client service team and develop complex client reporting structures.
• Serve as a resource to junior analysts and bridge Performance Team with Business Council.
