Job summary

The City of Baltimore is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to serve as the principal analyst for citywide performance management and CitiStat QA/QC. You will support CitiStat meetings and collaborate with agency partners to ensure accurate data, actionable insights, and results-oriented reporting.

You will help design data collection, validation processes, and dashboards that translate complex information for city leadership and drive improvement across city programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, facilitation, and leadership support for the citywide performance management process.
• Analyze data from city agencies to assess performance, identify challenges, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Develop structures for the receipt, cleaning, and management of performance data.
• Lead planning and follow-up for CitiStat sessions, ensuring they are structured and impactful.
• Prepare data visualizations, reports, dashboards, and presentations for city leadership.
