ISEE is seeking an experienced full-time Senior Perception Engineer to lead R&D on perception algorithms for autonomous driving. You will guide the team, design and prototype algorithms for the perception and sensor stack, and deploy them on the company’s vehicle fleet across object detection, localization, mapping, and fusion tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required in EE/CE/EC or Computer Vision.
• Minimum 4 years of non-academic work experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily technical and execution guidance on R&D tasks for the perception team.
• Research, design, and develop algorithms for autonomous driving to enhance perception and sensor stacks.
• Prototype and deploy perception algorithms on company vehicle fleet (Object Detection, Localization/Mapping, Fusion and MOT).
• Develop multimodal sensor fusion/calibration systems using Cameras, LiDAR, GNSS, IMU, RaDARs.
• Invent new algorithms, tools, and models to advance autonomous vehicle systems.
• Develop simulations to compare virtual vs real-world performance and inform future development.
• Lead algorithm design discussions and collaborate on research data analysis.
• Stay current with CV and PR research and share findings with the team.
