Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager - PeopleSoft Financials & Procurement to lead enterprise-wide initiatives supporting financial and procurement business processes. This role will drive strategic programs across the PeopleSoft Financials ecosystem, ensuring successful delivery of enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

10-14 years of Program Management experience within large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong experience delivering programs involving PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement solutions.
Hands-on knowledge of: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Purchasing, Project Costing, Customer Contracts, eProcurement.
Expertise with PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Security, SQL, and database concepts.
Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and procurement business processes.
Experience creating executive dashboards, status reports, project plans, and governance frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in global, matrixed, and hybrid work environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, scope, and timelines.
Manage enterprise initiatives across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Purchasing, Project Costing, Customer Contracts, and eProcurement modules.
Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and Technology stakeholders to define priorities, requirements, and solution roadmaps.
Establish program governance, monitor milestones, manage dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting.
Oversee implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
Drive testing strategies including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure data integrity, system stability, security compliance, and operational efficiency across the PeopleSoft platform.
Manage program risks, issues, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation plans.
Coordinate distributed teams operating in a hybrid environment and promote effective collaboration across business and technical functions.
Optimize resource utilization and delivery execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial operations, procurement processes, and overall user experience.
