Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a DC Government PeopleSoft HCM team, including UX/UI Lead and SME roles. You will manage delivery, staff performance, and stakeholder coordination across Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules.

The role requires extensive experience managing government IT programs, ensuring consistent delivery standards, and serving as the primary liaison between agency leadership, DCHR, and project staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 16+ years of IT program and project management experience with multi-person teams.
• Experience managing PeopleSoft HCM engagements/teams (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor).
• Proven track record in government/public-sector IT programs and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management, mentorship, and performance oversight for the PeopleSoft resource team.
• Serve as the primary escalation point between agency leadership, DCHR, and the PeopleSoft team.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across PeopleSoft HCM modules to align priorities and delivery standards.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across concurrent PeopleSoft initiatives.
• Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs, driving process improvements.
• Facilitate regular status reporting to agency stakeholders on program health and milestones.
• Support requirements gathering, functional design review, and change management for PeopleSoft projects.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and succession planning for the PeopleSoft team.
