Job summary

Harris County is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft System Support Analyst to lead functional support for PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 Time and Labor and Payroll processing. The role partners with HR, Payroll, and IT to deliver functional solutions and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience with PeopleSoft HR, Time and Labor, and Payroll for North America, plus the ability to work cross-functionally with business units and technical teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• Seven+ years of techno-functional experience supporting Payroll and Time & Labor in PeopleSoft v9.1+ or similar ERP.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll for North America or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with end-users to understand business needs and requirements.
• Assist in analysis and design of PeopleSoft deliverables based on business requirements.
• Create and support the generation of functional specifications.
• Educate and advise Harris County staff on PeopleSoft HCM functionality, including HR/Time and Labor/Payroll/Commitment Accounting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop, test, and document enhancements.
