Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support IPPS-A, enabling a unified Army personnel/pay system. You will design and deploy PeopleSoft solutions, and build robust integrations across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into technical designs, coding with PeopleTools, and optimizing SQL for large data sets. Collaboration in IPTs and rigorous testing are essential for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience in large-scale environments.
2+ years with PeopleTools 8.55 or newer.
Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
Active Secret clearance.
Experience with HCM modules and IPPS-A is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy custom PeopleSoft solutions, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions across the full implementation lifecycle.
Translate functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications and robust application architecture.
Build modern integrations using Integration Broker, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, and REST/SOAP web services.
Conduct unit testing, analyze complex system defects, and execute technical remediations for large-scale HCM modules.
Write and optimize complex SQL statements and database objects to maintain high performance across massive data sets.
Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and ensure on-time delivery and smooth cutover/deployment.
