Columbia Technology Partners is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft ELM Functional Consultant / Practice Manager to support a customer’s Enterprise Learning Management environment. You will provide functional, technical, and strategic guidance to drive successful outcomes with executive leadership and stakeholders.

In this role, you will shape the future of the PeopleSoft ecosystem, assess architectures, develop roadmaps, design integrations, and lead cross-functional teams across on-premises,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle PeopleSoft applications, especially ELM.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for enterprise systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership across large-scale implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for the customer’s PeopleSoft ELM environment.
• Provide functional, technical, and strategic consulting across PeopleSoft applications and related technologies.
• Assess architectures, develop implementation roadmaps, and feasibility analyses for enhancements.
• Translate requirements into actionable development plans and designs.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and secure buy-in for solutions and approaches.
• Lead and support design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on scalable, cost-effective PeopleSoft solutions.
