Job summary

NewGen Technologies is seeking consultants with PeopleSoft ELM experience to support a customer’s Enterprise Learning Management installation. You will provide functional, development and/or administration consulting at client locations and interact directly with customers and executive leadership.

The role requires strong PeopleSoft ELM knowledge and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans, with a focus on delivering effective solutions and driving project success.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft ELM and related modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and executive interactions.
• Experience assessing high-level architecture and roadmaps.
