Job summary

Quevera is seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft ELM Technical Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, based in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on supporting a customer’s Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) PeopleSoft installation while leading experienced consulting teams and ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft ELM and related modules.
Experience leading consulting teams and delivering enterprise implementations.
Ability to translate requirements into practical design and roadmaps.
Experience with on-premise, cloud, and hybrid deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting teams and manage day-to-day system implementation and operations.
Assess high-level architectures, research roadmaps, and conduct feasibility analyses.
Translate requirements into designs for development activities and integrations.
Drive customer buy-in and manage development processes as needed.
Develop designs for Oracle IT capabilities and potential integrations with third-party products.
