Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners seeks an experienced PeopleSoft ELM Functional Consultant / Practice Manager to drive large-scale ELM implementations. You will lead functional, technical, and strategic consulting, shaping architecture, reporting, and long-term maintainability for enterprise customers.

The role requires collaboration with executives, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, cost-efficient PeopleSoft solutions while managing risk and aligning with client goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle PeopleSoft applications, with strong functional expertise in ELM.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions while engaging customers and leadership.
• Experience across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments and leading complex enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for the customer's PeopleSoft ELM environment.
• Provide functional, technical, and strategic consulting across PeopleSoft applications and related technologies.
• Assess architectural designs, evaluate implementation roadmaps, and perform feasibility analyses for proposed enhancements.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable development plans and solution designs.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and obtain customer buy-in for recommended solutions and implementation approaches.
• Lead and support software design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on best practices for scalable, cost-effective, and sustainable PeopleSoft solutions.
• Work closely with customers, executive leadership, developers, and end users to ensure successful project delivery.
