Job summary

NewGen Technologies is seeking consultants with PeopleSoft ELM experience to support a customer’s Enterprise Learning Management installation. You will provide functional, development and/or administration consulting at client locations and interact directly with customers and executive leadership.

The role requires strong PeopleSoft ELM knowledge and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans, with a focus on delivering effective solutions and driving project success.

Qualifications

Our Partner is seeking consultants with PeopleSoft application functional, development and/or administration experience to support a customer’s Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) PeopleSoft installation. The role provides PeopleSoft software/system functional and development consulting services at client location. Those who excel in this role aremotivatedself-starters who love to solve challenging problemsand are comfortable workingdirectly with customers and executive leadership. This role requires a strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft ELM.

Requirements

• TS/SCI FSP Clearance
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, executive leaders, and team members
• Ability to assess the high-level architectural design, research potential implementation road maps, and conduct feasibility assessments
• Ability to translate technical requirements reflecting customers desired outcomes helping developers produce the best product possible
• Drive towards customer buy in and drive development processes when needed
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Deep functional knowledge across HCM, Financials and Education applications. Specifically with the PeopleSoft ecosystem with strong experience to make recommendations for low cost and long-term maintenance.
• Deep reporting background and expertise with understanding of various technologies spanning vendors. Understanding of data warehouse theory and concepts. Work with end users to generate reporting artifacts, as well as explain concepts and help users with little or no technical background.
