Lane County Technology Services seeks a Senior Programmer & Systems Analyst to support PeopleSoft environments across HCM and FSCM. You will analyze business needs, design sustainable technical solutions, and lead complex development, testing, and production support initiatives.

The role collaborates with developers, analysts, partners, and vendors to ensure secure, scalable, and upgrade-friendly systems while guiding installations and integrations in a public-sector setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in systems analysis and programming with progressive responsibility.
• Experience with PeopleSoft development, configuration, and integrations.
• Ability to analyze business needs and propose technical options.
• Experience with complex production support and root-cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain complex PeopleSoft applications.
• Develop using PeopleSoft tools such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQL, SQR, PS Query, BI/XML Publisher, and Integration Broker.
• Design and troubleshoot interfaces between PeopleSoft and other systems.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and PUM cycles.
• Ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
