Job summary

Lane County Technology Services is seeking a Senior Programmer & Systems Analyst to support the development, integration, administration, and production operation of multiple PeopleSoft enterprise environments.

This senior role requires independent problem solving, design of sustainable solutions, and leadership through complex projects across HCM, FSCM, and related systems. Collaboration with partners is essential to successful upgrades and integrations.

Qualifications

Four years of systems analysis and programming experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex PeopleSoft applications.
Develop using PeopleSoft technologies such as PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQL, SQR, PS Query, BI/XML Publisher, and Integration Broker.
Analyze functional and technical requirements and recommend delivered, configured, integrated, or customized solutions.
Evaluate changes to ensure long-term maintainability and upgrade paths.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues across PeopleSoft modules.
