Collibra is seeking a Senior People Technology Analyst to deepen our Workday ecosystem and automations that support a global workforce. You will own Workday configuration and reporting while collaborating with People, IT, and Places teams.

This hybrid Raleigh role grows with you, offering growth into broader ownership, risk-controlled changes, and AI-assisted workflows using tools like Workato and Claude to move the business forward.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes and security groups.
• Experience building Workday reports or calculated fields or strong growth potential.
• Familiarity with iPaaS/automation tools like Workato.
• Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build automations and agentic workflow prototypes connecting Workday, ATS, and other systems.
• Own Workday configuration, security group architecture, and access reviews.
• Develop Workday reports and calculated fields for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with People, IT, and other teams to test, deploy, and troubleshoot configurations.
• Prototype automations beyond HRIS for broader People Operations processes.
