Job summary

Collibra’s People Solutions team is expanding a growth path role focused on automating Workday workflows and integrating ATS and People Technology systems. You’ll own Workday configuration, security groups, and reporting to drive data-driven decisions across the global workforce.

You’ll partner with People Operations, IT, and other teams to test, deploy, and scale automation while expanding ownership beyond core HRIS. A bachelor’s degree is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience building Workday reports or calculated fields.
• Familiarity with iPaaS/automation tools such as Workato.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar).
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Build automations and agentic workflows linking Workday, ATS, and People Technology systems.
• Own Workday business process configuration and security group architecture, including access reviews and SOD checks.
• Develop Workday reports and fields for actionable data.
• Collaborate with People, IT, and other teams to troubleshoot configurations and deploy new functionality.
• Prototype automation for People Operations processes like talent acquisition or onboarding.
