Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior People Program Manager to own and drive critical People Programs from concept through implementation. You will serve as the go-to expert on programs spanning talent acquisition to compensation, working with senior leaders to set priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.

Expect a high bar for execution, strong data-driven storytelling, and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in management consulting, strategy, internal operations, or program management.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership.
• Ability to lead end-to-end operational projects in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end-to-end from Definition to Implementation.
• Drive program initiatives and oversee project execution with senior stakeholders.
• Design analyses to influence operational decisions and partner with analysts.
• Develop structured processes using briefs, trackers, and data mapping.
