Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, People Operations, to lead a critical HCM implementation and establish enterprise-grade internal controls and ITGC frameworks for People systems.

You will bridge IT and business teams, ensuring compliance and audit readiness across HR processes. In this strategic role, you will manage payroll and compensation operations, define control objectives, and partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and cross-functional teams to protect sensitive data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience with internal controls, ITGC, and compliance frameworks in HR/payroll systems environments.
• Experience leading enterprise HCM implementations (Workday/ADP)
• Experience as liaison between IT/technical teams and business stakeholders during audits

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HCM implementation for payroll and compensation modules.
• Ensure compliance requirements are translated into technical specifications and audit readiness.
• Design and maintain internal controls and ITGC frameworks for HR/payroll systems.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Legal, Security, and People teams during HCM transformation.
• Oversee payroll processing and compensation administration across multi-state operations.
