Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Program Manager to join the Finance PMO. You will define strategy, drive execution across concurrent workstreams, and connect Finance, technology partners, and stakeholders.

Expect autonomy, structured programs, and a balance of speed with rigor in a high-impact environment. You will apply predictive delivery for system implementations and agile approaches where requirements evolve.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management in finance, accounting, and/or technology environments.
• Experience leading complex multi-workstream programs with evolving requirements and stakeholder groups.
• Deep familiarity with financial systems (ERP, EPM, BI) and organizational change processes.
• Strong executive communication for senior leaders and influence across technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on Jira usage from portfolio to task level and Confluence for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own program strategy and end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams from intake through stabilization.
• Design reporting and governance frameworks to communicate program health, risk, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Finance, Corporate Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Lead adoption and change management to ensure live systems truly transform how work is done.
• Identify gaps in PMO tooling and documentation and scale scalable solutions.
