Applied Intuition, Inc. is building the operational backbone of the People team in Sunnyvale. The Sr. People Generalist turns tribal knowledge into documented, repeatable programs with clear owners and controls.

You will lead cross-functional projects, use AI to shape the employee experience, and own Workday processes from requirements to post-launch iteration in a fast-growing tech environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of practical experience in a People or HR-related role.
• Hands-on use of AI and low-code tools to build People Ops automations.
• Experience with equity, ATS, and ticketing systems.
• Collaborating with IT/HRIS on integrations and translating business needs into requirements and test plans.

Mansioni

• Define the People Ops operating model and standardize processes and handoffs.
• Assess core People processes and roadmap to move from ad hoc to documented and automated.
• Partner with People Business Partners to support reorgs, promotions, and exits with data and process support.
• Set standards for process design, documentation, SLAs, and own the SOP library and knowledge base.
