Candidates should be located near Mountain View or San Diego offices. The position supports a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience involving performance management.
• Extreme ownership of execution and operational excellence.
• Adaptive critical thinking, judgment, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Data-driven mindset, including using data to understand case and insights.
• Ability to see situations from all perspectives and resolve conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct and attendance matters end-to-end.
• Partner with and influence P&P and business stakeholders to balance business needs with employee experience.
• Leverage playbooks and requirements for case management and contribute to improvements.
• Build capability for managers and employees through casework.
• Drive team initiatives and projects and align with organizational priorities.
• Ensure consistent application of Intuit’s policies and standards.
