Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience involving performance management.

Responsibilities

• Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct and attendance matters end-to-end.
• Partner with and influence P&P and business stakeholders to balance business needs with employee experience.
• Leverage playbooks and requirements for case management and contribute to improvements.
• Build capability for managers and employees through casework.
• Drive team initiatives and projects and align with organizational priorities.
• Ensure consistent application of Intuit’s policies and standards.
