Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager - People Partner to serve as a strategic architect of people strategy during a period of rapid global expansion. You will partner with leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development for the Global AI Infrastructure business.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a People Partner in a high-growth tech startup or AI/Cloud infrastructure space.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build scalable processes with urgency.
Strong technical knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance.
Strong communication with a commitment to radical transparency and trust.
Ownership mindset; drive execution of solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
Design and implement performance management frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
Scale and sustain Nscale's culture across teams with innovation and urgency.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and propose people solutions.
