Job summary
Zscaler is seeking a People Partner to align AI-enabled talent strategies with our fast-growing technology teams. You will translate high-level people strategies into actionable plans, optimize team health and engagement, and leverage data-driven insights to support leaders across Product, Engineering, AI, Innovation and IT.
You will collaborate with People Relations, drive performance frameworks, and own rollout of Annual Reviews and compensation planning for technical teams while maintaining
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience directly managing and supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organization Behavior, Business Administration or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience designing, standing up, or implementing AI-enabled talent strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide data-led coaching and guidance to people managers on performance management and career development.
- Lead end-to-end rollout of core People & Culture initiatives for technical workflows.
- Track, analyze, and drive talent metrics such as attrition and promotions.
- Partner with People Relations and business leaders to investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters with discretion.
- Identify friction points to streamline People & Culture processes and improve engineer/developer employee experience.
