Nscale, a GPU cloud engineered for AI, seeks a senior IC to own the North America People Enablement portfolio. You’ll lead performance, onboarding, leadership, and manager development across the region, adapting HQ initiatives to local needs and collaborating with regional HR leaders.

You’ll report to the VP of People Enablement and partner with the London HQ, bringing clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving situations.

Qualificações

• 15+ years across talent or related fields as a breadth-based leader.
• Ability to partner with executives and push back when needed.
• Fluency with technology and AI, and the instinct to build with them.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the North America People Enablement portfolio including performance, onboarding, leadership development, and manager engagement.
• Represent the function regionally with senior stakeholders and adapt HQ-builds to local needs.
• Define success metrics and report on them across global and regional layers.
