Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a seasoned People/HR leader to partner with senior R&D leadership, translating business goals into long-term workforce strategies. You will guide organizational design, succession planning, and talent development at scale within a fast-growing, global team.

You will synthesize data, drive change leadership, and leverage AI-enabled insights to solve complex workforce challenges while maintaining strong collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience on a People/HR team, with at least 3+ years as a principal business partner backing complex functions.
• Keen business acumen and ability to link HR strategy to commercial outcomes.
• Experience using AI/data analytics to drive workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to R&D leadership translating business objectives into workforce strategy.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and design people solutions.
• Lead large-scale change initiatives through ambiguous environments.
• Partner with COEs to design talent development and total rewards initiatives.
