Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager - People Partner to architect our people strategy during rapid global expansion. You will partner with leadership to design org structure, workforce planning, and talent development, empowering every Nscaler to build the infrastructure powering AI’s future.

You will drive end-to-end lifecycle, performance management, and scalable processes while upholding Nscale’s culture of ownership, transparency, and urgency across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a People Partner, ideally within a high-growth tech startup or the AI/Cloud infrastructure space.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build scalable processes from the ground up with urgency.
• Strong technical knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills with radical transparency and building trust at all levels of the organization.
• Ownership mindset; you don't just identify problems, you drive the execution of solutions.

About the Role (Job Purpose)

As the Senior Manager - People Partner at Nscale, you will be a strategic architect of people strategy. This role will be supporting the Global AI Infrastructure business.

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

Salary Range

$165,000 - $225,000 USD
