Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior HR business partner or generalist leader.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong strategic judgment and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Advise global leaders on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and mediation.
• Oversee performance management, talent reviews, calibration, succession, and development.
• Manage HR operations including compensation benchmarking and payroll-related trackers.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and oversee HRIS, timekeeping, and organization charts.
