Job summary

The Wrap is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to support benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance, reporting, audits, and employee-facing operations across the company. You will work with employees from frontline staff to leadership, ensuring accurate, scalable processes and timely support.

The role focuses on US benefits for our New York team with growth toward international sites, requiring collaboration with benefits vendors and internal partners to improve data integrity

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in People Operations or HR operations.
• Experience supporting benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of US benefits programs (health, retirement, COBRA, ACA).
• Experience with HRIS or HCM platforms.
• Ability to provide empathetic, confidential employee support.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Benefits administration and employee inquiries responsiveness.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy across systems and vendors.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in audits, compliance, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR vendors.
• Assist with open enrollment planning and communications.
