Job summary

Mirror Biology Dialogues Fund is seeking a senior People Operations leader to own HR, recruiting, and employee experience. You will report to the Deputy Director and collaborate with the Director of Business Operations, delivering hands-on leadership across the People function.

We seek US-based, remote leadership with strong ownership and ability to implement scalable HR processes, including health insurance, benefits administration, and performance reviews. Travel 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on US People Operations experience, including health insurance, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Experience owning end-to-end recruiting and introducing scalable HR infrastructure like performance reviews and compensation practices.
• Entrepreneurial approach with high ownership and clear communication.
