Job summary

Biofire is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to own day-to-day HR operations, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and onboarding. You will advise managers, resolve employee relations issues, and build scalable People programs in a fast-growing environment.

You will partner with the Head of People to drive initiatives, maintain HRIS data integrity, and collaborate with Recruiting, IT, and Finance to align People work across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience spanning HR operations and employee relations.
• Ability to build People processes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Proven track record earning trust and influencing managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own benefits administration, payroll coordination, HRIS workflows, garnishments, and onboarding end to end.
• Serve as the go-to resource for employees and managers on People matters, resolving most issues independently.
• Build advisory relationships with leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Collaborate with Head of People to drive programs from vision to adoption across the company.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and develop error-catching processes.
