Orix Digi is seeking a Principal People Operations Specialist for North America. This full-time hybrid role in New York combines strategic oversight of people operations with policy execution, driving measurable impact across campaigns and delivery systems.

You will own end-to-end initiatives, translate business goals into KPI trees and weekly actions, run structured experiments, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in people operations and policy execution.
• Hands-on capability with onboarding systems and performance cycles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
• Data-informed decision making with KPI and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to execute against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for People Operations initiatives, from planning through execution and optimization.
• Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities, and measurable weekly actions.
• Run structured experiments and document performance learnings for scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to align creative, technical, and operational dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, reporting clarity, and leadership-ready status updates.
