Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a People Operations Senior Manager to act as the primary HR liaison for consultants and practice leaders, guiding performance management, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee relations in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

You will drive talent management, succession planning, and compensation advisory, while partnering on organizational design, policy interpretation, and data‑driven insights to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PHR, SPHR, or SHRM‑CP/SCP preferred.
• Experience leading performance review cycles, calibration, employee relations, and HR investigations.
• Experience with talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and executive coaching.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, merit cycles, pay equity, and job leveling.
• Ability to analyze HR data and present insights to senior leaders; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management cycles, calibration, and career progression processes.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for consultants and managers, translating policies into practice guidance.
• Lead onboarding, transfers, and coach assignments, coordinating in Workday.
• Conduct HR investigations and advise on next steps with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage engagement programs, PTO, and Core Value nominations; support visa tracking and change management.
• Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning and talent reviews.
• Advise on merit cycles, compensation positioning, and out‑of‑cycle adjustments.
• Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
• Oversee offboarding, separations, and retention analytics.
• Track attrition, headcount, engagement, and performance metrics.
