Job summary

vcfo is seeking a Senior People Operations / Human Resources Consultant to partner with leaders across diverse client organizations in Texas and beyond. You will design and implement HR programs, lead benefits, coach executives, and drive HRIS selections while managing employee relations across multiple clients.

You will bring 8+ years in HRBP/HRM roles, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong client-service mindset to help clients strengthen their organizations and vcfo’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
• Experience across multiple industries.
• Comfort in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• High integrity, discretion, and client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and HR teams across multiple clients.
• Recommend, manage, lead and execute on a wide variety of HR programs from strategic to day-to-day.
• Assess existing HR programs and design best-practice programs to close gaps.
• Design and/or administer employee benefit programs.
• Lead HRIS software selection and implementation as required.
• Develop and roll out employee performance management programs.
• Manage employee relations and develop communication plans.
• Provide executive coaching and guide change management, ensuring compliance (FMLA, leave management).
• Build relationships to grow vcfo’s presence and client base.
• Participate in market networking to increase vcfo’s market presence.
• Nurture HR-oriented market partners and keep them informed of vcfo’s HR offerings.
