Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a People Operations Manager who can turn messy problems into a clear plan and execute it. You’ll own the HR technology stack and partner with Payroll, IT, Legal, and the broader People & Talent team to build scalable, compliant, and user-friendly systems.

In the first year you’ll move us toward better-configured tools, documented processes, and a trusted data environment. You’ll manage HRIS/ATS/LMS, lead deployments, benchmark trends, and apply AI to improve how People Ops

Qualifications

• Experience leading People Operations programs in a high-growth tech environment.
• Functional owner/administrator for HR platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS) including configuration and rollout.
• Developed a People technology roadmap with tool benchmarking and leadership buy-in.
• Documented redesigned people processes across the full employee lifecycle, reducing manual steps.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations programs end-to-end with defined scope and milestones.
• Own core People tech platforms configuration, upgrades, and evaluations.
• Oversee platform deployments, conversions, and module rollouts with cross-functional teams.
• Benchmark HR tech trends to build a scalable People tech roadmap.
• Apply AI to improve how the broader People Operations function works.
• Establish data governance standards for HR systems and audits.
