Job summary

Altisource is seeking a Senior Specialist, People Solutions to support employees and managers across performance management, engagement, HR policies and exits. You’ll partner with HRBPs, advancing AI-enabled processes and ensuring consistent, confidential handling of people activities.

The role emphasizes practical use of AI and digital tools to improve HR reporting, communication and day-to-day activities, while upholding high employee experience standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Management or a related field.
• Experience in HR Operations, People Solutions, Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering.
• Understanding of performance management, PIP, employee engagement, policies and exits.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle employee matters with professionalism, empathy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems.
• Interest in using AI and digital tools to improve HR efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activities and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) from initiation through closure.
• Support managers with PIP documentation, objectives, timelines and review discussions.
• Maintain appropriate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support annual and ongoing performance management activities.
• Support employee engagement activities, employee connects and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate engagement surveys and assist in consolidating employee feedback.
• Identify common themes from employee feedback and support follow-up action plans.
• Partner with managers on initiatives that improve employee experience.
• Respond to employee and manager queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Provide guidance on the consistent application of company policies.
• Support communication and implementation of policy/process updates.
• Handle employee matters professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate voluntary and other employee separation processes.
• Support exit discussions and ensure completion of required documentation and activities.
• Maintain exit data and identify common themes from employee feedback.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely closure of exit processes.
• Provide day-to-day people support to assigned teams and managers.
• Partner with HRBPs on employee-related matters and ongoing people initiatives.
• Maintain HR trackers, dashboards and reports for regular reviews.
• Highlight recurring employee concerns or trends requiring HRBP attention.
• Use approved AI tools to support HR communication, documentation, data summarization and routine activities.
• Explore opportunities to simplify repetitive HR activities using AI and automation.
• Support the creation of templates, FAQs and employee/manager resources using digital tools.
• Ensure appropriate confidentiality and human review while using AI for employee-related activities.
