Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a People Experience Partner (PXP) to serve as a trusted HR advisor across complex populations. You will blend HR processes, analytics and employee relations to improve culture, engagement and operational excellence.

You will partner with business leadership and the People Team to execute HR strategies, resolve issues across the lifecycle, and mentor leaders. 3+ years of HR experience, Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant HR or related experience with proficiency in HR analytics and employee relations.
• Experience with HR case handling and employee relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools (dashboard, reporting).
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key advisor to business leadership for assigned client groups, guiding on HR policies and practices across sites and segments.
• Act as trusted consultant to frontline leaders, driving adoption of best practices using independent judgment.
• Anticipate employee experience risks and develop solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Lead culture and engagement strategies using insights from listening sessions and analytics.
