Job summary

Optum seeks a People Experience Partner (PXP) to serve as a trusted strategic advisor for HR across Denver and surrounding markets. You will align HR practices with business goals, improve employee experience, and lead culture initiatives using data-driven insights.

You’ll partner with leadership and the People Team to drive strategies, resolve complex issues, and enable continuous improvement in people practices and analytics, delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with analytics, reporting, and employee relations.
• Experience handling HR cases and employee relations.
• Proficiency with Excel and HR analytics tools for dashboards and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on HR policies to enable informed actions across sites.
• Consult frontline leaders to adopt HR best practices.
• Identify employee experience risks and design proactive solutions.
• Lead culture and engagement strategies using analytics and listening insights.
