Job summary

Optum is seeking a People Experience Partner (PXP) in Las Vegas, NV, to serve as a trusted strategic advisor delivering enterprise-aligned employee experience across complex populations. The role blends HR processes, analytics and employee relations to drive continuous improvement in people practices.

You will partner with business leadership and the People Team to execute HR strategies, resolve complex issues, and lead culture and engagement initiatives, ensuring excellent employee experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or related experience with demonstrated proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and employee relations.
• Experience with HR case handling and employee relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools (e.g. dashboard, reporting platforms).
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
