Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 yrs HR or People Partner experience.
• Strong foundation in employee relations and manager coaching.
• Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment and empathy.
• Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments.
• Exposure to global or regional HR support.
• Familiarity with HRIS and people data tools.
• Trusted partner with strong relationship-building skills.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator.
• Practical problem-solver with a people-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales organization as a People Experience Partner, collaborating with the Director of Human Resources.
• Partner with Sales managers on performance, employee relations, and team effectiveness.
• Escalate themes, risks, and complex matters to HR leadership.
• Coach managers on people practices and effective leadership.
• Serve as the primary People Experience presence onsite.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Advocate for employees while balancing business needs.
• Reinforce company values and inclusive culture.
• Support performance cycles, goal setting, and development planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Identify talent risks and escalate insights.
