Job summary

AspenTech, a global leader in industrial software, invites an experienced HR professional to join as Principal People Experience Partner in Medina, MN. This hybrid role supports managers and employees, aligning HR processes with business goals and driving positive workplace outcomes.

You'll lead advisory, lifecycle management, and talent initiatives, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams, shaping a trustworthy, people-first culture across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR or People Partner experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site or growing organizations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with empathy.
• Familiarity with HRIS and people data tools.
• Trusted partner with strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales organization as a People Experience Partner, working with the Director of HR.
• Coach managers on people practices, including manager capability and effective team leadership.
• Serve as the primary People Experience presence onsite.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through exit, ensuring a thoughtful experience for site-based and Sales employees.
• Identify talent risks and opportunities, escalating insights to People Experience leadership.
