Job summary

F5 is seeking a People Analytics Solutions Consultant to lead the design, product management, and enablement of data analytics products. You will mentor analysts, set standards for data delivery, and partner with stakeholders across HR and IT.

The role focuses on data governance, secure data infrastructure in Snowflake, and delivering best-in-class visualizations. Strong HR data experience and Visier expertise are preferred for driving adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a people analytics role.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau and PowerBI.
• End-to-end Visier ownership including governance and dashboards.
• Knowledge of HR data and Workday data structures.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with data governance and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central product owner for the People Analytics portfolio (Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI), driving the strategic roadmap, hands-on implementation, and governance model from end to end.
• Lead the architecture of our people data layer, partnering with IT to build and manage a secure data zone in Snowflake, and writing complex SQL to ensure data is integrated, transformed, and audit-ready with the highest accuracy.
• Establish and enforce a comprehensive data governance and security framework for all people data, ensuring data quality, clear definitions, and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Design, build, and maintain a portfolio of analytics products, from enterprise dashboards to custom analyses solving business problems.
• Act as a key consultant to business and P&C leaders, understanding needs, improving user experience, and delivering solutions.
• Lead user training, enablement, and support programs to promote data-driven decision making.
• Continuously evaluate analytics market trends and recommend innovations to the stack.
