Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a seasoned People Analytics Solutions Consultant to lead the analytics product portfolio and governance. You will own data layer architecture in Snowflake, develop SQL-driven integrations, and deliver enterprise dashboards in Visier and Tableau.

You will enable users, train stakeholders, and shape data-driven decision making across the People & Culture organization. You will collaborate with HR and IT partners, manage data definitions, and ensure privacy compliance

Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated experience in a people analytics role.
Proven, hands-on expertise across the analytics stack (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau/PowerBI).
End-to-end Visier ownership including governance and analytics dashboards.
Strong HR data knowledge and understanding of Workday structures.

Responsibilities

Act as the central product owner for the People Analytics portfolio and governance.
Architect the people data layer in Snowflake and write complex SQL for data integration and auditing.
Establish data governance and privacy compliance for HR data (PII/SPI).
Design and maintain analytics products from dashboards to custom analyses.
Partner with business and P&C leaders to translate needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Lead user enablement and training to maximize data-driven decision making.
