Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or related domains.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to provide actionable solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail with actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with curiosity to understand data within business context.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to understand processes, trends, and opportunities.
• Design and implement advanced dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
