Job summary

You will design advanced data models and visualizations with Tableau or PowerBI, partner with HR and business teams, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to data governance while aligning with Blue Origin’s mission of safe human spaceflight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related domains.
• Strong SQL and data visualization experience with Tableau/PowerBI.
• Ability to translate data into actionable HR insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support HR and business leaders.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to develop metrics and governance.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
