Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Director of Business Intelligence & Strategy to translate data into actionable enterprise insights. You’ll partner with executives to champion analytics, governance, and performance dashboards across the organization, enabling data‑driven decisions.

The ideal candidate blends business acumen with technical prowess to deliver measurable outcomes while building scalable reporting and governance capabilities. Leadership of diverse analytics teams is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in BI, analytics, strategy, or operational excellence with progression.
• 5+ years leading high‑performing teams and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience building enterprise BI solutions, executive dashboards, and governance.
• Strong business acumen with financial analysis and ops understanding.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to shape enterprise BI strategy and roadmap.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Drive analytics to forecast performance and guide decisions.
• Establish governance, data integrity, and self‑service analytics.
• Lead organizational change for data‑driven decision making.
• Mentor teams and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
