Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related domains.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with actionable recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring accurate, actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with curiosity to understand data in a broader business context.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to understand processes, trends, and opportunities; ensure findings are actionable and aligned with goals.
• Design and implement advanced data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify and develop metrics that optimize workflows.
• Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Proactively address challenges with data-driven solutions to improve HR processes.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders with implications and actions.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, run books, and data dictionaries with HR data governance.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in people analytics.
