Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Senior IC to own the Visier Platform and drive the self-service analytics roadmap for the People team. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Ops, and People Science to translate questions into dashboards, models, and AI-ready documentation.

You will ensure data quality, design access rules for sensitive people data, and enable non-analysts to explore data and verify AI insights while balancing governance and security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people analytics, HR technology, or related role.
• Fluency in HR domain: recruiting, compensation, performance, org structure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Visier Platform: configuration, metrics, security models, release management, and vendor POC.
• Build and extend Visier content and expand data subjects as new systems are onboarded.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data platform and Visier integration; triage data quality issues.
