Responsibilities

• Manages the teams who own client relationships in Small (10-99) and Mid-size (100-199) segments and revenue growth.
• Reviews VOC results, client losses, and complaints, and recommends corrective action to maintain strong NPS.
• Achieves financial goals, prepares operating budget, analyzes interdepartmental reports, and implements changes.
• Develops and implements policies to promote service quality and productivity across PEO operations.
• Recruits, hires, and evaluates staff, and develops personnel through training and advancement.
