Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by bringing payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services together into a single connected HCM platform. This role leads the PEO Client Advocate team to deliver superior results for PEO clients and works with cross‑functional partners to ensure an excellent, integrated client experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5 years of management experience in a B2B environment.
• 10+ years of experience in a service B2B environment with P&L exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PEO Client Advocate team across Small and Mid-size client segments.
• Review VOC results and NPS, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and analyze interdepartmental reports related to cost centers.
• Develop policies to promote service quality and productivity across PEO.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff with a focus on career progression.
• Remotely develop and manage PEO service employees in other locations.
• Support diligence and integration efforts for PEO acquisitions when needed.
• Ensure operations comply with company policy and evolving conditions.
• Evaluate risks and resolve client concerns to minimize exposure.
• Foster cooperation across operations, service, sales and other areas.
